Sarah graduated from University of Wales College of Medicine, Cardiff in 2007 and has worked as a dentist in a variety of settings, including University Dental Hospital, Cardiff, Community Dental Services and in general practice. She has a keen interest in endodontics, having recently completed her Masters degree. She lives locally and is an active member of Cardiff Triathlon Club, completing Ironman Wales in 2017. Her two spaniels keep her busy when she is not in work or training.

Katie graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Cardiff University in 2016. Since then, she has worked within a variety of settings including general practice, the community dental service and several hospital specialties including oral medicine, paediatric dentistry and orthodontics. Katie is a keen member of Cardiff Triathlon Club and therefore spends most of her free time swimming, cycling or running. Katie completed Ironman Barcelona in 2019 and is training hard for Wales 2023.

Jess graduated with honours from Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry in 2016. On returning to Cardiff, she has worked in both practice and hospital settings gaining valuable experience in Paediatric, Restorative dentistry and Maxillofacial surgery. Outside of dentistry, Jess loves yoga, paddleboarding and skiing.

Dr Nicola qualified as a dentist from the University of Central Lancashire in 2015 and has developed expertise in oral surgery and facial pain management. Since 2019, she has worked as a Specialty Doctor in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, managing complex surgical and pain-related conditions within secondary care.
Alongside her clinical role, Dr Nicola is an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at Cardiff University and holds an MSc in Teaching and Learning for the Health Professional, reflecting her strong commitment to education, evidence-based practice, and high clinical standards.
For over seven years, Dr Nicola has treated patients with myofascial pain and temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJD), with particular expertise in the use of botulinum toxin for therapeutic management of masseter and temporalis muscle-related pain. Building on this advanced anatomical knowledge and precision-based approach, she has recently expanded her practice to include aesthetic botulinum toxin treatments, offering patients safe, subtle, and natural-looking results.

Graduated from Cardiff University in 2024 with a First Class Honours in Dental Therapy.
Since then, Michelle has enjoyed treating a variety of patients in NHS and PRivate practices. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors on long walks and going to the gym.
