Sarah graduated from University of Wales College of Medicine, Cardiff in 2007 and opened Cwtch in 2018. She has a keen interest in orthodontics, undertaking the IAS fixed brace diploma. She also has an MSc in endodontics and is an active member of Bro Taf LDC. Sarah lives locally and enjoys competing in Hyrox, running, walking and chasing after her two young sons.

Katie graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Cardiff University in 2016. Since then, she has worked within a variety of settings including general practice, the community dental service and several hospital specialties including oral medicine, paediatric dentistry and orthodontics. Katie is a keen member of Cardiff Triathlon Club and therefore spends most of her free time swimming, cycling or running. Katie has completed several Ironman triathlons to a high level.

Jess graduated with honours from Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry in 2016. On returning to Cardiff, she has worked in both practice and hospital settings gaining valuable experience in Paediatric, Restorative dentistry and Maxillofacial surgery. Outside of dentistry, Jess loves yoga, paddleboarding and skiing.
