Whitening information

BEFORE ALL TYPES OF WHITENING

Floss and brush your teeth
Prepare your tray by placing a thin line of whitening gel at the bottom and towards the outer surface of the tray (see photograph)
Place tray into your mouth and ensure fully seated
Remove excess whitening gel with a cotton swab or tissue
